National Projects
The Association of Municipalities of Tartu County leads and coordinates national development projects that strengthen youth wellbeing, entrepreneurship, regional cooperation, and the quality of the living environment in Tartu County and Southern Estonia.
NEET Support System
We coordinate a county-wide support system that helps young people aged 16–29 who are not in education, employment or training improve their coping skills, access services and move towards work or studies.

Enterprising Young People of Southern Estonia (LEEN)
This project strengthens young people’s connection to their home region and supports initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset through regional cooperation in Southern Estonia.

Enterprising Young People of Southern Estonia 2.0 (LEEN2)
The follow-up project continues work with children and young people aged 7–26, helping them build stronger ties to Southern Estonia through entrepreneurial learning and cooperation networks.

Development of the Võrtsjärv–Emajõgi–Peipsi Network and Waterway
This project supports socio-economic development in the Võrtsjärv, Emajõgi and Peipsi area by strengthening cooperation, resilience, entrepreneurship and the quality of life in the region.

Development of Southern Estonia’s Inland Waterways and Network
The project aims to develop Southern Estonia as a competitive inland water tourism region by improving infrastructure, services and cooperation along its waterways.

A School Day that Creates Wellbeing
This joint initiative supports the mental and physical wellbeing of children and young people by promoting a school day with more movement, healthy food and strong cooperation within the school community.
Funder: Funded by the European Uninon through the LEADER local development measure 2023–2027.
